Instead of our traditional fun-and-games holiday party, we launched the Expion Elves Holiday Challenge. And it became one of the most meaningful moments of our year.
At Expion, our culture is built on ideas, and this one came directly from one of our own. We broke into teams, and each team chose an organization close to their hearts and decided how they wanted to make an impact with support from Expion through a company donation.
When we came together for our holiday celebration, we didn’t just celebrate the season. We turned it into a company‑wide event where each team presented the organizations they supported and the impact they made. There were joyful cheers to empathetic tears as we shared the stories and impact behind each cause.
It was a powerful reminder of what can happen when compassion, creativity, and community come together.
